Process for Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Step 1.
You can e-mail us at support (at) yuvacart (dot) com within 24 hours from the time of receiving an order.
Details Required:
Subject Line with Order Number and date and the problem as described in the above conditions.
Images of the product and boxes as an attachment
Briefly describe the issue in the mail and send
Step 2.
Follow the instructions as per reply received from support team. At this step, they will issue a return shipping label. Take a print out of this return shipping label and paste if on the boxes.
Step 3.
After receiving the approval, follow this or as stated in the reply received in step 2.

The postage is at your expense, according to the current postal rates. is not liable to pay any courier charges or any accidental charges for returning the product.

Who should I Contact to request returns or replacement of the product?

When would I get my Refund or Replacement of the product?

• We initiate the replacement or refund within 3 working days of receiving the product at our centre.
• For Bank Refund, it may take up to 2 weeks, for the amount to get credited in your account, after we have initiated the refund.
• The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in case of missing Order ID on the package.
• Time taken to process the Refund may vary depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:
Net banking: 4-5 Business days
Debit card: 7-9 Business days
Credit card: 15 Business days

How Do I return the Damaged or Defective product?

1. Please, e-mail (support (at) yuvacart (dot) com) us immediately and attach a photo of the damaged item.
2. Please mention the Order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns.
3. Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items.
4. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
5. Once your return has been authorized, please refer to the link in our email for the return shipping label which is mandatory and should be pasted on every single return packet.
6. For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

How can I cancel or change my order?

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
